These Terms govern your use of Part 107 Flight Plan and the Flight Plan Drone Academy / FlightPlan Drone Academy website and learning service. By purchasing, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Independent educational preparation

Part 107 Flight Plan is an independent educational test-preparation course for the FAA Part 107 knowledge test. It is not the official FAA exam, is not affiliated with or endorsed by the FAA, does not issue an FAA Remote Pilot Certificate, and does not guarantee that you will pass an examination or obtain any certification. You remain responsible for confirming current FAA rules, eligibility, test scheduling, fees, and operational requirements.

Course access and accounts

The course is delivered online and is self-paced. You must provide accurate information and protect your login credentials. Access is personal to the purchasing learner and may not be shared, resold, copied, republished, or used to create a competing product. We may suspend access for fraud, unlawful conduct, security threats, material breach, or an approved refund.

Payment

The price shown at checkout is a one-time charge in U.S. dollars. Stripe processes payment. Course access begins after payment and enrollment are successfully confirmed. You authorize the displayed charge and agree to provide valid billing information.

Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days / 168 hours of purchase only if you have completed no more than 30% of the course. A request made after 168 hours or after progress exceeds 30% is ineligible under this policy. Send the request from the course-account email to support@flightplandrone.com. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, may take 5–10 business days to appear, and end course access. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Support

Support is available by email at support@flightplandrone.com. Weekday support requests generally receive a response within 48 hours. Response times are targets, not guarantees.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The site, course, videos, text, graphics, quizzes, software, and branding are owned by or licensed to Flight Plan Drone Academy and protected by law. You may use them only for your personal educational preparation. You may not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape content, introduce malicious code, misuse another account, or infringe any rights.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Educational content may not cover every question, fact pattern, rule update, or operational circumstance. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law and do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular exam, certification, employment, or business result.

Limitation and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Flight Plan Drone Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from the service. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the course. Some jurisdictions do not permit every exclusion, so applicable limits may vary.

Changes, law, and contact

We may update the service or these Terms and will post the revised effective date. These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. law, without overriding consumer protections that apply to you.
